Hello! My name is Carmen. I come from spain. I Iive in Sanguesa.
My mother's name is Mari Carmen and my father's name is Roberto.
I am twelve years old. My birthday is on January 31st. I have got a sister and a brother.
Their names are Oihana and Roberto.
I study in Luis Gil Primary School. I speak two languages: Spanish and English.
My favourite sport is basketball, my favourite book is Narnia, my favorite music is PSY and MI GUAPO.
My favourite TV progamme is La Voz.
My favourite foods are pizza and spaghetti.
My favourite animals are cats and dogs.
My favorite fruits are banana and strawberries.
My favorite movies are Lo imposible, Charlie y la fabrica de chocolate and Avatar.
My favorite festival is Christmas and my favourite football teams are Real Madrid and Osasuna.
I like P.E and Art and I don't play any musical instruments.
My best friends are Malú and Andrea.M.
When I am older, I want to travel around the world.
My brother plays in a football team: Cantolagua, and my sister studies in high school.
My favourite colour is purple and my bestfriends are Andrea .M, Malú and Nerea. I go the cinema with my friends.

HOW TO MAKE 'CONFETTI QUINOA'.

ingredients:

1½ cups low-sodium vegetable stock or water
1 cup quinoa, thoroughly rinsed and drained
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup frozen chopped, mixed vegetables such as peas, carrots, green beans, corn

Tools:

Medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Fork

instruccions:

Add vegetable stock or water to medium saucepan.
With an adult's help, bring stock or water to a boil over medium-high heat.
Stir in quinoa, salt, and pepper.
Switch heat to low and cover pot with lid.
Cook until liquid is evaporated and quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove lid and stir in veggies with a fork.
Place lid back on quinoa so that the heat from the quinoa cooks the vegetables.
Serve immediately or place into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
